FW 3.0.10 - Left front point not reachable during XYZ calibration
Hi all,
with 3.0.10 I'm experiencing XYZ calibration issues. Z calibration goes well. Mesh Bed Leveling also no problem. But with the XYZ calibration, it fails AFTER the entire procedure is completed. It says that the calibration failed, due to the left front point not reachable. That is absolutely odd and the firmware should cut the process as soon as the first (left front) point show a failure, not after it found all points and went through the process.
This makes me thinking that it is some kind of firmware issue because I hadn't had this issue with the older firmware nor do I have updated the printer hardware-wise since the then.
Any idea? Simply downgrade to a previous FW and try again?
Best wishes,
Martin

Re: FW 3.0.10 - Left front point not reachable during XYZ calibration
Hi Martin
(thanks for the printed optimized parts before built up my printer 😉 )
OK, I had this issue too. Have as look at your y-axis stepper. Mine was twisted, so the endstop of the y-axis came too early. A simple "thing" helped me to refix it : https://www.tinkercad.com/things/0yHaJ6zsFCF
Also look at this thread : http://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk2-f23/additional-part-for-y-axis-motor-t1649.html
If this doesn't work, you have to move the z-frame 1mm to the front.
But this problem also appeared by 3.0.9.
