Firmware material preheat temperatures
Is it easy/possible to change/add preheat temperatures for various materials in the Preheat screen? If so, how? Thanks.

Yes and no. If you have Arduino and Marlin experience ...Then yes. If you do not then it will be more difficult....But not impossible. You need the Arduino ide to load the current prusa Marlin firmware into to be able to edit it. Then save changes and upload to your printer. YouTube has usable videos that cover this .
