filament reloading problem

Hi,
I did not pay attention during a print and the spool got empty. I tried to reload the filament of a new spool but it does not work. The mechanism try to push the filament but it's like the ptfe tube is clogged . I tried to preheat at 255° but no results.
What can I do without dismounting the extruder assembly and if I have to do so, what is the minimum of dismounting ?

Thanks in advance....

Re: filament reloading problem

Finally it's much easier than I expected : dismounting the two extruder screws and springs giving the pressure on the filament give access to the upper part of the ptfe tube. When this problem occur, the filament stops to feed the nozzle when the pulley doesn't push it anymore . Then one can extract the remaining 1 or two mm of filament above the ptfe tube assuming that the nozzle temperature is set to ~ 250° .
It is unfortunately that a simple system is not implemented in order to stop the printer when the spool is empty ( I am using the printer at night) or as a minimum to have a few more mm to catch the filament ...
