Extruder problems and NO EMAIL RESPONSE
I have been trying to contact you guys for over a week. I get one worthless response stating the obvious, that my thermistor and heating block are toast. I paid over $1000 to have a fully assembled and calibrated printer that is ready to print as soon as I receive it. Let me tell you, after my printer making it halfway through the print before all these problems started I have been anything but pleased. I ordered this printer for prototyping and we are now way behind schedule and I can’t even get someone from prusa to even respond to an email. I need a new extruder because the one I have is junk, it simply isn’t working. I paid the extra money to not have to deal with this mess yet here I am right in the middle of it.
Josef I hope you are aware of the way your employees are running such a great company you’ve built. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible.

You are using a single "hobbyist" printer for which you are reliant upon in a business?

As I previously stated, we use it for prototyping. We don’t need anything too fancy. This printer should work we are just having problems with the extruder not properly working. That’s besides the point, I would appreciate some better customer service.

Sure, understand, but even so perhaps having a spare might not be a bad idea.
Have you tried online chat to get in touch with them?

The last thing I am going to do is buy another of something that is not properly working and the maker is impossible to get ahold of. That’s almost exactly what the definition of insanity is, continually doing the same thing and expecting a different result.
I have not tried live chat and am not aware of what that is. I was hoping they would check their own forums since they apparently do not check their own email.

Another definition might be relying on a single low end device in business without any backup 😉
