Re: Extruder feed problem

I have the same problems with PLA, silver and red. Someone was writing, that PLA can "crystallize" in high temperature. This seems to be correct. Many were reporting, that this is happening when printing small area, so filament is longer time in a extruder.

When I clean extruder, especially the silicon tube, the filament is thick. I measured it and got more than 2 mm (2,2). This has happened many times.
Now I am printing 10 degrees lower temperature of extruder and also the bed. Until now there has not been problems.

So, some PLA have problems, some of them no. Can Prusa do something for the material?
