err MINTEMP BED
I started to get a MINTEMP BED error usually within the first or second layer of my prints. The bed heats up without issue to 55c and will run at that temp initially without error.
I thought the part cooling fan could be cooling off the bed, so I tried to reduce the fan speed down 50%, but this has not helped. Does anyone have thoughts on what may trigger this?

I had this issue recently when I did a bit of a rebuild and cleaning up of my cables.
It was the temperature sensor of the heat bed was not connected properly.

which firmware version ?
is the temperature sensor under the heatbed still in place (under the kapton tape) ?

I have the latest firmware installed
Last night I pulled the entire bed off and checked the thermistor from my board to heat bed for frayed wires. Nothing! It looks as good as the day it was installed.
The strange thing is that my last failed print went 7 hours before getting a err. MINTEMP BED. It was about 90% complete before this happened. Other than a faulty thermistor, I can't figure out what may be happening.

OK, so the thermistor is going open circuit occasionally.
Highly unlikely to be the thermistor itself, so most likely would be the RAMBo connector - make sure it's fully home and making a good connection, the connectors not being firmly attached to the cables, the cable not making a good connection with the thermistor wires or the cable has broken within the sheathing.
A lot to check out there and being intermittent, very difficult to find. It may be easier replacing the cable from the thermistor to the connector.

I am having the same problem. The printer is brand new (preassembled) to me and I've gotten about 20 prints done. Now I seem to intermittently be getting the "Mintemp Bed" error after the Mesh Bed Leveling is performed. It usually occurs when the board is moving on the furthest stroke of the Y-axis towards the back of the machine. Additionally, If I unplug the power then later plug it in, it has about a 50/50 chance of working without the error. The wires all look good for the bed thermistor. I have not gotten into taking the bed off to see the thermistor itself, but the Kapton tape looks like it is secure.

i have had this in the hot end
occasionally i would get mintemp
what i traced it down to was a bad solder joint between the thermister and the wire
still looked ok but certain movements will cause it to go open circuit - put up with it for a while then....
resolder and wrap the joints
make sure you tie the thermister wires to the heavier heater cable wires to strain relief them. only needs to be the first two or three inches - past the solder joints - these are the weakest points
