Control Board Not Secured

After I took out my prusa printer from the shipping box I noticed immediately that the control board/dashboard was dangling by wires. I don't know what to do with it. Is it supposed to arrive like that? Exactly where is it supposed to be secured and how do you do it? See image. Thank you.

Re: Control Board Not Secured

Remove the zip ties that you probably accidental cut off when you removed the security white zip ties.
Push the groves on the box onto the two thread rods.

(i did the same)

Thanks. I'll try that. I did not remove any zip ties or anything yet...just took it out of the box and it was dangling just as pictured. So I assume it was not secured in place at the manufacturing facility.

I'm pretty confused what those white zip ties are. Is that some sort of assembly trick they use zip ties temporarily? Or is it zip tied before transit for some reason?

Mine arrived this morning in a similar state. The black zip ties are broken and the cables are disconnected. Not impressed!!
