Changing Nozzle Size + Slic3r settings to change

I just received my different nozzle sizes for my Prusa I3 MK2. I experimented a little with Slic3r layer height at .35mm Fast with the standard .4mm nozzle and the prints worked well for me. I read that layer height shouldn't be higher than 80% of nozzle diameter as this reduces layer adhesion. This means I should probably upgrade to a 0.6mm nozzle which prevents potential layer adhesion issues. My new copper 0.6mm nozzle showed up today so I'm now just waiting on my copper E3d block which will show up next week.

What slic3r settings should I change under the Prusa PET .35mm layer height if I plan to go with a nozzle in 0.6mm. I know that under Printer Settings and Extruder 1 I should change Nozzle diameter to match the nozzle size of 0.6mm. With the larger diameter nozzle I'll probably bump up my extrusion temperature another 5 C. Any other specific things I need to change.
