Can't connect from Simplify3D
Hello!
Trying to print from my MK2S using Simplify 3D and I'm having some difficulty connecting to it. Something does happen, because every time I press Connect, the printer responds (fan stops/restarts, etc), but I get the following log:
Attempting connection at \\.\COM4...
Testing plaintext communication protocol...
Testing binary communication protocol...
Testing alternate communication protocols...
Attempting RTS reset and trying again...
Connection failed.
Using Baud Rate of 250000, and the settings file provided with the printer. Please advise!
P.S. Prints fine from the SD card.

I don't have simplify3D, but....
Check that you have the USB driver for the prusa installed
check that simplify3D is looking at the right comm port
try different baud rats....115200 is a 'normal' one to try
just some thoughts

The Prusa doesn't support 250000. The maximum you can use is 115200.

Ok I feel dumb. thanks. That baud rate worked.
