Big print messed up and completely clogged the printer
My "I'll be away for 4 days so let's ambitiously leave something big printing" plan went terribly wrong. I'm not sure at what point it messed up; looks like relatively early.
The result was a tremendously huge mess, as you can imagine and have probably seen. I've cleaned it all up, but the internals are entirely clogged. I've heated it up to max to try to get whatever is in there to melt and unclog, but to no avail.
Externally, there's nothing wrong. It's just a huge plug of plastic inside, and I'm unsure how to go about clearing it. And/or, it might just be time for some new parts -- and, that being the case, what exactly would need replacing? Fishing around the parts site, nothing jumps out... except a now-discontinued RepRap Hotend (no longer available)
I bought the printer pre-assembled, so I'm not entire sure what's in there that could/should be replaced. I'm wondering if one of the upgrade kits would put me in the right direction, except I can't print the parts needed for some of these upgrade kits. A bit of a catch-22.
Advice in either direction is appreciated -- thanks in advance.

While you were looking around the site, did you see the knowledge article about clearing a clogged nozzle? Follow the suggestions in that article before you rush off to buy anything. If you log in to the shop site, you will be able to see all the spares you would need to partially or fully replace the hotend.
