Bed Screw not fiting with their hole
Hello, I have ordered my Prusa I3 MK2 in December last year and I received it in February. Since February and the installation of the kit, I have a recurrent issue on the bed with its support. The 4 holes of the bed where you put the screws are not in line with the 4 holes from the support. So my bed is fixed to the support with only 1 screw on the right front corner as the 3 other screw cannot be inserted on their hole due to misalignment. At the beginning it was OK but now I have some discrepancies between my first print and the now print. In fact there is an issue between the bed itself and the support, the screw hole are not aligned. Now my printer make noise due to vibration between bed and support. I try to solve the problem myself but this is a production issue due to manufacturing of the support I guess. I try to get support on the eshop, in june but nothing happen (no answer) since june. So i try another way...
Thank you for your feedback.

Please post a photo.
And you should not run the printer with the bed attached at only one point.

Re: Bed Screw not fiting with their hole
Eduard,
sounds kinda like the classic "wrong side up during assembly" problem. Is that possible?
If you have the black frame reversed at step 13 here: http://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/2.+Y-axis+assembly/298#s5072 you'll end up with the holes not aligning to the threads in the heat bed..
