Bed Adhesive/Leveling Help

Good evening,
I recently got the Prusia i3 Mk2 and I started using it. I recently had the MINTEMP Error, but that was solved by moving it out of the cold environment. However, I calibrated it once again, and now the filament will not stick to the bed. I will attach pictures of the calibration print. It starts off well, but then it peels off easily. I managed to print out two prints successfully
Any suggestion is helpful.

That calibration is not done, yet.
The print in your pictures is the 1st layer calibration which clearly shows the nozzle still is too high above the bed.
You need to use the live-z-adjustment in the display while doing this print to lower the nozzle
until the lines are as desired and explained in the manual.
Your bed seems to be far from clean, maybe there is some glue-stick involved.
Believe me, with all calibrations well done and a clean bed there is no need for further treatment with glue or anything.
At least using PLA or PETG. Both stick to the PEI sheet like hell.
Flexible filament most certainly will not be removable without further treatment (babypowder).

How would you go about cleaning the bed? I still have the alcohol wipe from when they sent it.

Re: Bed Adhesive/Leveling Help

It is no cleaning problem you have here.
I stick with some window cleaner or just pure water and a roll of toilet paper.
A scotch brite sponge could be of help for thorough cleaning.
What you need to do is doing this exactly print shown in the pictures und while doing it using the "live-adjust-z" function
to lower the nozzle until you get proper sticking lines. (but not to flat).
