Adhesion issue
I need help getting my first layer to adhere, I've tried adjusting Live Z, probe position and nothing seems to work. I'm wondering if these lines in the heatbed is damage of the PEI sheet

You didn't say how you tried to adjust Live Z, and the PINDA. Try these steps:

looks as if the nozzle was too deep during that print attempt and left it's marks at the pei surface.
its now a disfigurement, but not really a problem/issue.
