A couple questions about speed!

Hey I was wondering a couple things.

I'm not quite sure how to read the LCD regarding speed.

The manual says that "#7" the clock icon on the right, is the "Elapsed printing time - shown only when printing". That's fine, but in the picture above, at the end of the print, it shows "1 hours 21 minutes" but the clock time says "02:07". What do the two different times mean? Was it completed in 1hr 21min or 2hr 07min?

Also regarding the blue tree frog example they have on the front page:

They say they finished:
0.25mm in 39min
0.20mm in 57min
0.15mm in 1hr 56min

But I could only get speeds of:
0.25mm in 1hr 2min
0.20mm in 1hr 21min
0.15mm in 1hr 54min

Now I just figured out that you can change it, but is this because they were probably printing at a faster speed than 100%?
