I also changed the firmware and I put the new pinda

TEMP_SENSOR_PINDA appears to be defined once (in the Configuration_prusa.h file) and never checked anywhere. I also see some changes in temperature.h (e.g., a commented-out reference to current_temperature_raw_pinda).
Are you sure you uploaded the right archive? It looks somewhat incomplete.
