Tuning while in multi material sets only one extruder

From what I can tell I may have found a bug in the MM firmware when tuning the speed for the initial layer. It appears that setting the speed from the Tune menu may only do so for the currently working extruder so when it switches to another extruder it switches back to the normal speed. This only appears to happen during the initial layer after that everything seems hunky dory. This happened to me when printing the Marvin 2 MM model. I'd switched the speed down to 50% as the first layer works better on my printer that way, then I noticed it went back to 100% when it switched to the second extruder so I had to turn down the speed again. But after the initial layer setting the speed worked on all extruders.

After doing a 4 colour print it appears the speed is reset every time the extruder is changed all the way through the print. So this definitely needs to be fixed or the Tune Speed is pretty much pointless on MM prints.

yes, i noticed the same. I was tuning the temps and after every change it set back to the g-code defaults. Needs to be fixed.
