Support for other nozzle sizes?
Any idea when support for nozzle sizes other than 0.4mm will be added to Slic3r MM edition? I'd like to do some work with a 0.2mm nozzle.

Not sure it will happen.
Thing is that you need to purge about 60mm of filament. A 0.2mm nozzle will take 4 times longer to purge the filament and the current purge tower adds a significant time to prints - double (or more) in some cases.
