Printing own parts
Several of the printed parts have metal inserts in them. If printing replacement parts is it possible to re-use these inserts ?
Or do you have to get replacements from Prusa, and if so are they easy to insert ?

https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk2-multi-material-f26/festo-components-t6069.htm should have part of the answer. I think you can source them locally or even use different pressfit inserts. Heat them up and use a bench vise (or hammer + lots of dexterity) to press in.
