MacOS doesn't show MM Printer Option in Slic3r
I've download the latest driver set for the MM, but after I load the ini: "mk2mm_Slic3r_prusa3d_1_7_8.ini" into Slic3r it does NOT show the MultiMaterial option for creating the gCode that flows into the MM Processor. It DOES show the MM Single Mode.
Tried to download the windows version, but it is an EXE (no go on Mac).
Found the MM settings for slic3r here on GitHub: https://github.com/prusa3d/Slic3r-settings/blob/master/Slic3r%20settings%20MK2/printer/Original%20Prusa%20i3%20MK2%20MultiMaterial.ini
But they crash slic3r when you try to import them, so then I stuck them in the applications settings folder for slic3r here: ~/Library/Application Support/Slic3r but when I select MultiMaterial it crashes Slic3r.
Anyone else have this problem with their mac, I'm running the latest Slic3r and MacOs Sierra. If someone has the right INI, or has a fix please let me know.
Best,
Steve

I had the same issue. I just dumped the mk2mm_Slic3r_prusa3d_1_7_8.ini file into:
/Users/yourusernamehere/Library/Application Support/Slic3r/printer
not really the right way to do it but it appears to have worked.
Re: MacOS doesn't show MM Printer Option in Slic3r
Thanks, that seems to work w/o crashing Slic3r, and the post processor recognizes it as the right file.

Steve

Hi,
there is an updated version of the drivers on our pages - 1.7.8.2
http://www.prusa3d.com/drivers
Just tested it on Mac and it works fine 😉
