Loading fillaments for MM print
What is the proper way to start MM print? When I load all fillaments 1,2,3,4 then first fillament is loaded into the hotend. But the print starts with for example extruder 3 so it tries to push the fillament into hotend where is already fillament 1. So I have to print once and see which extruder is the starting one, unload all fillaments and load the starting fillament as first...

I think your start GCode is not right. (see also my reply to your Slic3r query).
E1 should not be loaded into the hot end unless it is the first filament to print.
