How to rotate wipe tower?
I'm printing a large square-shaped object and would like to rotate the wipe tower so the long side is running down the y-axis, is this possible in Slic3r 1.3.5.16?

You can try to swap values in the "Width" and "Per color change depth fields". Its not a rotation, but it should solve your problem.

I don't see it here: http://www.prusa3d.com/drivers/ and I don't know how to install it from github. Is it out of beta?

You dont need latest Slic3r release for that.
