Drivers 1.9.2 with Slic3r PE and PrusaControl

Hi guys,
this is the newest release of drivers and software for MK2/S/MMU. Included is the latest stable release of Slic3r Prusa Edition. For newcomers to 3D printing is prepared another slicer PrusaControl, but keep in mind it is still in beta.
What is new?
Print settings updated with Linear Advance
-- Experimental Linear Advance print settings for up to 30% faster prints
-- Up to 10% faster prints for regular print settings

PrusaControl updated to 0.9.4_415_beta (changelog)
Slic3r PE updated to 1.37.2 (changelog)
