Does this PTFE tube look right?

I have looked at most of the posts on here having to do with PTFE tubes and I can't tell if mine is champfered or not. It doesn't look tapered either. Should I contact Prusa about getting a new one? All helpful suggestions are welcome, thank you!

That looks to be OK. The last photo you posted looks to be the lower end.

Thank you. I have been having serious problems with the filament jamming up between the tube and the hot end. I was worried it might be the tube and now I am back at square one again. Could it be the temp? I have the tip temp set at 215 for PLA. Is that too high or low?

Rickey

215 is too hot (except for the first layer). You need to go lower; try 205 then 200. Some filaments will be fine at 195.

When replacing the PTFE, unscrew heat break half a turn from heat sink, insert tube, push down and lock, then tighten up the heat break.

Okay, thank you for the advice. I think I found my problem. When I inserted the PTFE tube I was not locking it in, I was only pushing it down to the bottom of the shaft and then re assembling everything. As the filament was being pulled up and out the PTFE tube was moving up until it locked. Thanks to your suggestion to unscrew the heat sink I realized what I was not doing right, I wasn't locking the tube in place before reassembling everything. I have done that now and I have made it further than any previous attempts at Multi Material prints! Thank you again for your help!
