Calibration issues - need help after MM upgrade

Hi, after completing the MM upgrade from the MK2 I've not been able to complete a successful calibration print. And the machine has not been acting consistently and Im not sure why. but I will outline what I have been doing.

Completed XYZ calibration with no problem.
preheat for PLA
load filament into ext 1
select the V2MM calibration print

here is where the inconsistencies start.. when it does the priming step (the long line of PLA at the edge of the bed) sometimes this will work, and sometimes it actually retracts the filament ??

When it does work and then goes to start printing the test lines they are inconsistent on different parts of the bed, so finding the right height seems impossible.

Re: Calibration issues - need help after MM upgrade

See this thread: http://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/prusa-i3-kit-building-calibrating-first-print-main-f6/hyperfine-bed-leveling--t4330.html

BUT, there's no reason the bed would have changed during the MMU install. Was it OK before? Do you still have any bed level correction parameters in place?

When you raise the the axes to the top for Z calibration, do both sides stop as high as possible or do you have something interfering?

You should try to set your Live Z "approximately correct" using the paper method found here:

http://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/prusa-i3-kit-building-calibrating-first-print-main-f6/-before-you-ask-troubleshooting-video-updated--t472.html#p39190

and then print this calibration file (Sliced for MMU Filament 1)

Post a photo of the result and we can see what we can do to help.

Things to check:

Are you using the MMU firmware?
If you do a "Load All" do they all load correctly?
Then a "UnLoad All" do they all unload correctly?

Thanks guys... I think my Bed issues are resolved.. I had used some washers under the bed to correct for the bed being high in the middle, but after removing them the printers own compensation seems to be doing a better job. The calibration print Aaron gave me works way better than the stock prusa calibration print.
