Bed preheat error
Hi everyone. I have a been unable to get my bed to heat over about 73-75 degrees. After looking on the forum, I replaced my bed thermistor with a new one. Every time I try heating the bed, I get the Bed preheat error message. I really have been struggling with the multi material upgrade-lots of plugging, and now this. I was printing in PLA, but thought I would try ABS. Temped to go back to the original single material version. Frustrated. I should mention, prior to the upgrade to MM, I replace the heated bed wires with 14 ga silicone wires after one of them broke. Thanks
Re: Bed preheat error
There is a small potentiometer on the RAMBO board that controls the voltage to the heater. People on this forum have had luck adjusting it up slightly to attain higher bed temperatures. It is best to measure the voltage so you don't go too high.
