Bed leveling failed

I've been using 3.0.12 with mk2s MM for a while now with no problems. Today when I printed i got a 'bed leveling failed' message. I did a self test which passed. xyz calibration fails at the very last point (top-right) digging into bed before I turn off printer.

Based on another post it seems related to PINDA probe, which I replaced when I did the MK2S upgrade recently. What else do I need to check? Do I need to replace my PINDA probe again?

Strange...so just to be clear.
During the XYZ calibration, it successfully does the 4 point test (where it asks to put a piece of paper on the bed) without touching, but when it does the long process of fine tuning, it not only fails on the last point of the calibration, but also digs into the bed??

Re: Bed leveling failed

That's exactly what happened. I ran it numerous times. Then I lowered the pinda probe by about 100 microns a few times and after doing at least 5 more xyz calibrations it eventually passed, no more digging on the last point. Confusing but glad it works now.

Glad you're up and running and not destroying your bed 😉

I love this tool for no brainer pid height adjustment
