Hi Christopher,
I'm using the Firmware Updater almost every week and without issues. What version on what operating system are you running? Also, did you install our driver's package?

Latest version of Firnware Updater in latest version of Windows 10. Your driver software removed and reinstalled half a dozen times. It used to work for me as well; I just finished the MM hardware update and am trying to update the firmware. Firmware Updater does not see any COM ports, even though Device Manager shows the printer attached and PuTTY can attach to it. Driver/Properties/Events says that more installation is needed, and the events in the Event Viewer says the driver could not be migrated. The latter seems to refer to the amd64 version, not the x64 which is my Intel 7. I don't know how to pick apart the installation to check more precisely what the problem is.

I tried the Firmware Updater on a laptop with Windows 10 (build 1703) and it is working fine.
Printer was recognised on COM3 and firmware flashed.

Try to connect the printer and in safe mode delete all the "Prusa" drivers, unplug the printer. Then boot to "normal" mode, attach the printer, let Windows do its business and then install driver's package from us.

P.s.: In devices I see the printer as "3D Printer powered by RAMBo (COM3)

Did the Safe Mode routine - no difference. Firmware Updater still sees no COM ports. Device Manager claims "3D Printer powered by RAMBo (COM5)".

Never got the Prusa Firmware Updater to see any COM ports, but XLoader seems to have worked just fine.
