Soluble Interface on build plate only
I just upgraded my MK3S to MMU2. I want to try out soluble supports in a print. According to https://cdn.prusa3d.com/downloads/manual/prusa3d_manual_mk2mm_en.pdf?2 , paragraph 7.2.1 there should be an option "build plates only, soluble interface" in order to save expensive soluble material. On my Prusaslicer I do not have this option, only the other four mentioned in the manual. What can I do?

You stated you have an MK3S MMU2S but you asked this in the MK2S MMU1 forum and pointed to an old MMU1 manual.
In PrusaSlicer this is no longer a support setting but a print profile for both MMU options.
