Slic3r PE v1.41.0+ issue w/ Multi STL print
I have a print that I've separated out into 3 STL files to try to print with my MK2S MMU1 printer...

The problem is, when I start the slice, the wipe tower goes away...

This looks to be because it somehow drops the eyes from the print, leaving it with just 1 extruder the entire print...

I imported all 3 STL files, I set a different extruder for the body and the eyes, and looks to be correct in the preview...

Any ideas why the eyes aren't being included in the print? I separated them out using Meshmixer.
