Idler Pulley Question
Quick question:
Are the idler pulleys (both for the X axis and the Y) meant to rotate? I was curious since both of mine are clenched stationary by the delivered parts, and only recently have I realized that this may be contributing to issues on my machine.
I appreciate the input.

I just checked my Y axis idler pulley, it does rotate as the deck moves back forth. Same design for the X axis so that one should rotate too. You probably just need to loosen up the nut a bit till the idler pulley can rotate with the belt.
