Slow Layer Drift
For some reason I have some models that shift slowly over each layer. I'm thinking it might have to do with the vibration dampening pads I put on the feet of my printer a little while back. I live in an apartment and unfortunately the vibrations annoyed the neighbor so I threw some of these down. However I wanted to see what you all thought. Could it be too tight of a belt? Could it be lose parts? I was just hoping for some other opinions or see if anyone else had faced this issue. Thanks
P.S. Printed with Default "Generic PLA" settings on Slic3r with 5% infill and supports enabled everywhere.

Could be a lose/slipping pulley. A Motor missing steps could be possible,too. At least in silent mode which I bet my ass is activated.

... and maybe overtighten your belt !

With 5% infill it's more likely the nozzle is catching on curled solid infill layers as they are built up. Try changing your infill to 20% and see if the part prints any better.
This model caused me problems because of insufficient infill. All those flat spots during the build were catching the nozzle, and caused shifts.
