Shifting Issue

I've been trying to print this jointed dragon head ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2884250 ) and it keep coming out shifted and skewered in different area on different occasions. Couple times it came out like spaghetti mess.
My son and I have trouble-shooted this to hell and back, he tightened the X axis belt. We tested the calibration and different models. They all keep coming out like this. I also even turned the head 90 degree around and moved to different area on the bed. It improved the printing but still has some issues, and finally, with 90 degree turns and different area on the bed, I even increased the size of the head, still has trouble with losing some features such as the horn.
However, my son was able to print couple of other models and they came out pretty well.

I am beginning to suspect the Anchorage Alaska 7.0 Earthquake did something to the printer last November 30, 2018 (yes, we are in Anchorage, AK). We received this printer last October and barely printed anything due to being busy and now we're on our break and decided to start printing and all the troubles started. I did print couple things prior the earthquake and they came out good. During the earthquake, the filament boxes that was stored above the printers fell onto the printer and onto the floor, but nothing was damaged, from the view of it. Few boxes got dented, but nothing serious.

I am at my wit's end about the printing shifting.

The description of each printing incidents are in the images at flickr.

Re: Shifting Issue

Going out on a limb here. If a box fell and hit the bed or the extruder, it could have dinged the bearings into the rods, causing a "hard" spot in travel.

Have you powered down and manually moved the X and Y axis between stops? It should move easily and without any "bumps" along the way.
