Printing TPE - Feed Problem

I am trying to print TPE on Prusa i3 MK2S. I have nozzle at 225C and bed at 55C.

After about 30 a minute the filament jams below the feeder gear. The gear keeps advancing the filament but it doesn't go into the heater and nozzle, so just coils up around the feed gear.

Any suggestions? It's very cool material if I can get it to run.

Printing flexible filament is harder than printing ordinary filament. There are several threads in the forum about doing it. Try searching for "TPU" as well as "TPE"
Basically, print slow, use plenty of heat, print slow, try reducing the extrusion width, and print slow.

Right now I am printing from the SD card but can connect to PC with Pronterface if that makes adjustments easier.

You can still print from the SD card if you prefer. Speed and extrusion width are settings in your slicer, and you can change them before generating G-code and exporting that to the SD card.
If you are trying to print a model that's already sliced and the G-code is already present on your SD card, then you can't change the extrusion width but you can change the speed (during a print).
Personally, I never use the same G-code for different spools of filament (even the same type of filament) because I measure the exact diameter of filament on each spool and insert that diameter into the Slic3r settings before generating G-code. When changing between types of filaments, I make several other adjustments in the Slic3r to obtain the best results.
