Possible extrusion issue
Hello,
I am wondering if this is an under extrusion issue, old filament issue or something entirely different. I've had this machine since 2016 and it has collected a lot of dust after continued failures at attempting to print and just giving up for other hobbies. With a co-worker now also interested it has reinvigorated my interest. Finally have everything updated, calibrated properly X/Y perpendicular, Z set properly and great adhesion, I keep running into an issue with the prints it seems to be after a certain amount of PLA has been fed through. I am planning go pick up a new role of filament today or tomorrow and give it a go but any thoughts ideas, recommendations would be greatly appreciated, feel like I have been fist fighting this thing for a week.

RE: Possible extrusion issue
Added first layer calibration, I have also put my filament in my dehydrator for several hours seeing many posts about wet filament. I was able to also put a small filter over the filament in the case there was dust/debris getting into the hot end. It seems to be after a certain amount of filament this happens, Just a second photo as well of a print that just stopped feeding otherwise seems great.
RE: Possible extrusion issue
I have had to re-tighten the y belt due to sporadic shifting. Looking at some other forums, I also added a small amount of oil to the filter. It seems like issues have been resolved currently. I was able to finish a bench. Nearly 10 hours into a new spool holder. If anyone else is running into issues sorry I can't nail down what the solution was, maybe it was all of the above due to hold long this sat.
