P.I.N.D.A PROBE HITTING PRINTS...poor quality

I notice when I try to do small benchy print the pinda sensor is "smashing" into the print, any ideas??

also when I do smaller "fine " prints the print quality is very poor ...ive tried slowing it down and lower the temp
this is PLA TEMP 207/50 SPEED 60

Hi Gregory,

is this printer new, or
has it ever printed well?

the images suggest that something is loose.

have you checked the X and Y motor toothed wheel grub screws? one of the screws should be tightened against the flat on the motor shaft, the other should be tightened firmly against the shaft too
are your belts sloppy?
are your bearings running free?
is your filament running free?

if you find an error, correct and try a test print

HI Joan

this is a new build .. I have done larger prints with little problems and the quality is much better .. the larger the surface area it has to print the better the quality …

ive already gone over the printer , everything seem to be tight … the only thing left to check is maybe its over extruding?
