Nylonx problems
I'm having issues with nylonx sticking to the base plate. Temps- nozzel 250 bed- 60 first layer height .20 all other layers .25. Bed was cleaned with acetone. part is 1.5" wide by 10" long. The print curles at the corners and the long sides. It's an 8 hr print. Tried tape on the bed, glue stick windex and acetone. The part is 3 layers thick -infill-three top layers with a total thickness of .125"
RE: Nylonx problems
No experience with that material, but I have found that curling problems can often be fixed by printing with a brim, at least 1 or 2 mm wide.
RE: Nylonx problems
I'm printing Nylon (PA12) succesfull with my MK3S, the power coated sheet, dimafix stick, 90 degree C bedtemp, 270 degree C nozzletemp, 0.1mm layerhigh, no fan (only bridges 50%), enclosuretemp 35-40 degree C, 10mm brim.
