Missing intermediate layers with Olsson Ruby
Print starts normally and after many layers (10-50) occur extruder jam.
Sometimes flow recovers in other cases it's blocked until the end of the print.
Then I unload filament I see a recess in it done by the gear that pushes the filament into extruder.
Nozzle is not blocked and after loading same filament again the next print starts perfectly.
The same occurs with different filaments. All filaments are Original Prusa PLA.
I print with the Olsson Ruby 0.4mm Nozzle.
Nozzle T = 215
I have printed approx 2 kg of Glow-in-the-Dark filament on this printer (abrasive filament)
Before that I used Extrusion Multiplier of 1.05
After latest measurements I had to change Extrusion Multiplier to 1.3
(In order to ingest 100mm of filament I had to Move \ Extruder by 128 units)
Questions:
1. Did my filament gear weared out (after abrasive Glow-in-the-Dark) ?
2. Can I use Extrusion Module of MK3 in my MK2 printer?

You need to try a cold pull, replace PTFE or even replace the nozzle.

Nozzle is not blocked as I said. Filament pushed through the nozzle immediately after the problem is thick and looks healthy.
(Nevertheless, first what I did was the cold pull. I did it several times and it didn't helped)
I would avoid replacing the nozzle. As I wrote it's Olsson Ruby, costs around €100. The whole reason to buy it is to use it for a long time.
PTFE just landed in my shopping cart.
My questions are:
1. Could the problem be with weared out Extruder Pulley?
2. Can I replace my extruder part with one from MK3?

You don't have to throw the Olsson away immediately. Just replace it with a known-good nozzle for a quick test. If it turns out your expensive Olsson is damaged, well... you pretty well need to replace it. They are known to be susceptible to damage. If the other nozzle shows the same problem, swap the Olsson back on. Either way, you'll have eliminated one possible and very common problem from consideration.

I have been using the Olsson Ruby for some time myself and learned that it tends
to underextrusion depending on the layer height and speed.
Reason is, that in comparison to the common brass nozzels the passage for the molten filament in the ruby nozzle is some 4x longer.
And although this reduces strings and ooze and provides retraction distances about only 0,2-0,4mm
it seems that pressure builts in the nozzle when printing solid infill.
Especially with layer heights above 0,15mm and speed over say 45-50mm/s.
Which is ok for me, I prefer quality above speed...
I also made good experience with increasing temperatures 5-10°C for any given filament above those I used with brass nozzles.

Apologies, I didn't answer your Q's
It really is very unlikely that the extruder gear is worn; it may be clogged, so clean the teeth with a sharp knife.
The Hot end is the same, but the drive gears are different. Unless you have the Mk2 + MMU, you need to stick with the regular drive gear.
And, of course you won't replace a damaged nozzle when it costs so much. Which is why I stick to the cheap brass nozzle and change it every month or so.

1. I have changed the extruder gear and actually was impressed because it really was worn out.
After this I had to change the extruder multiplier from 1.43 to 1.09.
Unfortunately this alone didn't helped and I had missing layers again.
I have used cleaning needle originally delivered with my Prusa Kit to clean the nozzle and this ultimately has solved the issue.
