Extruder block during printing.

Ciao,

I have a problem during print for a few months.

The printing starts well but after a random time the nozzle stops and no more pla exit.

I print in PLA (Prusa) 215° and my nozzle is a new nozzle (bought last week on shop, 0.40).

I have just printed many many good model in past and nothing is changed in my Mk2.

some pict :

Pla filament weel:

...and after the print error, if i try to print a first layer or anything, no Pla exit and i hear a clock sound. The filament wheel is ok...

weird question … Is your hotend fan working ( the left small fan )?

if it isn't or stops working during printing it will cause the hotend to jam and it wont print

Did you redo live Z/first layer calibration after you fitted the new nozzle? Those values will have changed.
