Cylinder prints surface on PLA, blobs or rough
So I just got into 3d printing and I haven't seen any topics on this. I've been using Simplify3d with the latest FFF profile with my Prusa i3 Mk2.
My issue is that when cylinders print, the surface has these surface imperfections in it. Is this something related to calibration? Or is this something normal? Is this something that just happens to PLA? I noticed on flat surfaces, I don't notice any issues. Thanks!

It could be the seam, but without a photo, it is very difficult to advise.

Here you go. Maybe it's a seam. Fixable? Or maybe sandpaper to fix?

I can 2 issues you may be referring to in the picture, firstly the small repeated 'gaps' around the top edge and secondly the tiny blobs on the sides. Why not have a read of this guide over at https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/ ? Look at Under-Extrusion, Gaps Between Infill and Outline and Blobs and Zits in particular...
