It does happen when the speed is not too high ( actually it probably happens at high speed too, but it is difficult to notice)
this issue happen when printing from SD card, every time. but as the printer auto calibrate and Home before printing, I can not test further than that ( this i why I switched to Pronterface).

If I recall properly the Gcode to slow down moves when using LCD is  M201 X3 Y3.

I am curious, is your printer moving slightly forward after hitting the Y endstop? ( like it does with X)

OK, so, I have made more tests,

Loaded the 3.0.11 Firmware, did a reset All Data. re-did calibration, but even during calibration I could hear the issue.
Loaded the 3.2.3 Firmware and went through the process again. still the same issue :(.

After a bunch of test this is what I get:
Moving the head without homing, printer works fine.

As soon as X homing happens, either through printer or Gcode (G28, G28 X, G28 Y) the issue appear.
(the Marlin Docs, say the following "G28 disables bed leveling"... so maybe it is a lead... )

My next step would be to either change PSU... but honestly I dont know why.
Or Changing the board... but it is a big purchase for nothing if it doesnt change anything.

any other ideas?

any ideas?

On a Prusa the code G28 W homes without mesh bed levelling. G28 on its own homes and then immediately runs the mesh bed levelling. See https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/wiki/Supported-G-codes

Have you discussed this with Prusa support through the Chat option you see bottom right of the shop page once you are logged in? Their experts are better placed to investigate/identify the problem and help with a replacement board if that is the culprit.
