X-axis homing: grinding/bouncing for a few seconds

Lately, whenever my MK2S auto-homes, the x-axis acts like the sensor isn't working. I've tested the sensor and it is registering when the button is pressed. I've also tried adjusting the sensor to be as close to the bed as possible (you can only move it a small amount, maybe a millimeter). Do I need to get a new part for the bottom of the extruder to make it trigger?

Could someone from Prusa please help with this?

This is usually caused by the zip tie heads on the extruder cable bundle hitting the frame before the microswitch is reached. Check the zip tie heads are in the correct position and that the whole cable bundle has not rotated.
