Unable to remove print nozzle
Today I attempted to replace the nozzle on my printer, and I followed the instructions at https://help.prusa3d.com/l/en/article/fJa7GxLSG6-changing-or-replacing-nozzle . I didn't have a wrench handy to unscrew the nozzle, so I figured I would use the pliers that came with the kit as suggested in the instructions. After being unsuccessful for some time, I decided to go and get a proper tool for the job, but apparently I did quite a number on my nozzle, as the bolt is pretty stripped and even a ratchet can't get it out now. Is there any tips to help loosen it up, or am I going to have to get a replacement part if I want to switch the nozzle out. I'm not worried about loosing/breaking the nozzle, I just want to get it off of my unit .
(Sorry for the image quality, it was hard to get a good shot, but hopefully it conveys my point)
Re: Unable to remove print nozzle
heat it up to 250 and put a vise grip on it. not too tight, you dont want to bend the nozzle and break your heat block
I have a Prusa,therefore I research.
