Prusa i3 Mk2 Bed Leveling Failed

After many hours of happy printing, my i3 mk2 is down. The printer stops during the X/Y Calibration before reaching point #3.

Firmware is 3.2.3. After the issue came up, I did a complete XYZ calibration and I've posted a video of the subsequent First Layer Calibration operation:

(I tried using the Insert/edit media button, but Add topic took me to an error page. It's just not my day today.)

SOLVED. I did some tinkering with the Y-axis, making certain it was square with the rest of the unit. I did a complete recalibration, and although it the XYZ calibration worked, when I tried the V2calibration script, the machine bound-up again.

I couldn't get it to bind-up when I manually moved the y-axis (using the front controller), and I began to suspect that maybe there was something wrong with the gcode in the v2calibration script. However, one thing I noticed when I was moving the bed on the y axis, that at certain points the bed would 'yaw' slightly. On the off-chance that the y-axis rods were bent slightly and not parallel, I rotated each rod 90 degrees counter-clockwise.

And to my pleasant astonishment, the subsequent V2calibration completed successfully!

So now my question is: should I just leave things as they are, or should I replace these rods?
