Print failing on back

I've got a problem with printing. The prints are ok-ish on the front (to the front edge of the bed) but a complete mess on the back. I've been told it's probably the belts stretched or worn but they look ok to me - just a slight loss of the tips of the teeth where the belt runs through the drive. Does anyone have any idea on what is causing this and how to cure it?

Re: Print failing on back

That looks like a couple of issues at once.

1) It almost looks like the stern of the part warped popped off the bed causing the squished extrusion area. Back side doesn't really show that though; it'd have to be a very odd warp.

2) Belt slop and bearing slop. But it's difficult to say how that would only affect one side, unless the good side was directly in the middle of the bed, and the bad side well off center. Bad Y bearings allow the bed to rotate as well as jiggle side to side... more positional error the farther the nozzle is from center.

If you have a large rubber band, try stretching it from the front bed corner to the opposite frame corner. I've tried that on my printer with worn bearings and it made all the difference as a make shift fix until new bearings arrived. If I did it again, I'd tie off to the right rod, not the frame and avoid any contact with the belt and left rod.
