My new Prusa squeaking like crazy
Hi,
Got my all assembled RTR printer back in December. Been using it every second or third day as I've got three other 3D printers around and the thing is already squeaking like crazy. It's the linear bearings on the X-axis that's making all the noise. I greased it up but the noise isn't going away. I also noticed the grooves are starting to show up on the rods which is no good.
Now I would like to know if I can download the manual that comes with the KIT version. What sizes of rods and linear bearings are being used and where to possibly get them. I paid extra so wouldn't have to be messing with this but it looks like I have no choice. My Flashforge Creator Pro is older than a year and it's running like a champ and same with Dremel.
Thanks for your help.

Manuals can be found here http://manual.prusa3d.com/
This thread is a good read on replacement bearings and rods and includes some sources. http://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk2-f23/replacement-bearings-recommendation-t2085-s90.html
