Mk2s - assembled
i have the printer now, but am having issues with it. it came in assembled, but as i am running thru the calibration process, it fails.
first, i started with the assembled instructions, but:
* pre-heat option was not working, so i could remove filament that it was shipped with
* i would pick PLA from list, but nothing ever got hot
so, i then tried to use the wizard, but:
* now i cant get past selftest/checking endstops/hotend:1
* once it gets to that point, it completely bombs out and tries to start all over.

Obviously the hot end does not get hot. Check whether the heat cartridge ist connected to the board tight and in the right place.
