Micro stops during prints on new firmwares!

Hey there, anyone had issues with new fw?
During prints, printer just stop for like half of second, that create blobs on prints.
Just micro stops!
Also i noticed sometimes start mesh bed leveling fail on point 9 .
If there is someone who had and solved this issues can help me with an advice?
I also noticed that display shows Sleeping... on screen. I do not know if the old firmware was entering sleeping during prints.
I use octoprint!
When it fails detect mesh bed leveling at point 9 octoprint log shows this.
Recv: FIRMWARE_NAME:Marlin V1.0.2; Sprinter/grbl mashup for gen6 FIRMWARE_URL: https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-i3-Plus/ PROTOCOL_VERSION:1.0 MACHINE_TYPE:Prusa i3 MK2 EXTRUDER_COUNT:1 UUID:00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
Recv: ok

I fixed those freezes by changing sd card from octoprint and reinstall software.
Point 9 failing at mesh bed leveling i think i was fixing it by lowering for like 0.2mm closer to the bed.
So far, no more fails in mesh bed lvl.
When it was failing if i restart print sometimes was passing successfully mesh bed leveling. Weird issues came at package with new fw.
