LCD display not working (First time startup, kit)

Hi!

I recently bought and assembled a Prusa MK3 kit. Everything was running smoothly until I plugged it in.
The LCD display flickers once and then nothing.

I've checked the cables to many times to count, and they are correct.
I tried adjusting the contrast of the display but nothing happened.
I flashed the firmware to the latest version but again; nothing.
I wore an anti-static wristband throughout the entire assembly (even with the plastic parts) so I am at a loss.

Anyone have any idea of what to do?

Here´s a video of what it looks like:

Hi Erik,
First observation,

The video does not show a Mk2 Prusa, it shows a Mk3 you have posted in the mk2/s section of the forum.

on the back of the LCD board, there is a tiny trimmer resistor which adjusts the contrast, have you tried adjusting that, to see if it resolves your difficulty?

regards Joan
