Layer Adhesion, layer height issuse
Anyone please help.
over that pass 2 weeks or so Ive been having layer adhesion, or maybe layer height jumps. or even layer under extruding problems. i cant tell.
The problem seems to be happening in the same spot.
I tried increasing the extruder multiplier, gotten the same layer issues.
I reinstalled Slic3r, gone back to the Prusa presets, which printed perfect a month or so ago. same issue
Is my extruder motor going out?
i swapped E3D v6 hot ends to a brand new one. Same thing.
i don't know if its hardware issue or Firmware. i don't think its slicer settings.. i cant figure it out.
Here are pictures of my Issue on a benchy
.2 layer height, 4 bottom layers, 2 perimeters, 5 top layers
Re: Layer Adhesion, layer height issuse
This is under extrusion. Based on your benchy it happens more or less on almost every layer.
If software part is ok (unchanged), it must be hardware. Check/readjust and clean the whole extruder path. Starting from the extruder gear down to the nozzle.
You can post what you've done in this thread, so we can make suggestions what you've might missed.

Your the the Best!
Checked the filament path down to the hot end, didn't see anything jump out at me, but cleaned up the gear, made a fresh clean cut on the tube leading into the hot end, and made sure the spring tighten screws holding the idler bearing were snug and BAM!
(Ran out of silver but was getting the same issue with this white PLA too)
Printed perfectly!
Thanks for the help!
