Info Panel Readout to IOT?
Is there any existing hacks that would let me get the current info panel readout to something like a Raspberry Pi? Since the MK2 doesn't have any networking, it would be a bit easier to monitor print jobs (mostly I want a way to know when the print is done, rather than the webcam method).

One solution could be OctoPrint, which is running on a Raspberry Pi.

For shure there are lots of other solutions, but I now own 3 printers - every one has its own Raspberry Pi running OctoPrint.

Nevermind, I mentioned it to a work colleague, and they told me about Octoprint.

You could use something like an MQTT gateway along with Octoprint, but there are simpler plugins for Octoprint that will send an SMS text directly to your phone if you prefer. I'm using the Twilio plugin and am still on the $14 startup credit after 2+ months.
